1. What is Assure for Life?

Assure For Life offers a membership that provides professional funeral assistance across the United States.
Unlike insurance policies or prepaid funeral contracts, this membership does not pay cash benefits. Instead, members receive complete support in planning and organizing a funeral for a deceased member, including the coordination and hiring of trusted funeral service providers.

2. What benefits are covered in the United States?

Your Assure for Life membership includes the following services and benefits:

Basic Funeral Services
– Transportation of the deceased to a local funeral service provider
– Professional preparation of the body
– Access to a viewing room for family and friends
– Casket provided for viewing
– Funeral director’s professional services and guidance
– Guest book and remembrance items
– One official death certificate

Additional Benefits
Round-trip airfare for the member to attend the funeral of another plan member

Cremation Option: cremation services and an urn for the ashes

Burial Option: basic casket or vault, plus hearse transportation to the cemetery (cemetery expenses in the U.S. not included)

3. Who can replace the membership holder in the family plan when they pass away?

If the holder of a family membership passes away, they can be replaced right away to keep the plan active. The replacement can be either:
– Any existing member already included in the plan, or
– A new eligible member between the ages of 18 and 65.

4. When a member passes away, how soon can they be replaced by another person?

If a member (other than the plan holder) passes away, they can be replaced by an eligible person on the next plan anniversary date. To begin the process, the plan holder simply needs to contact us to request the change.

5. How much does the company pay for a funeral service?

Assure For Life does not guarantee a specific payment amount. Instead, we provide assistance by arranging the funeral through a trusted, independent funeral home in the member’s area, or in the location where the service is needed.

6. What is the waiting period to obtain the benefits of the memberships?

Coverage for accidental, violent, or suicidal death begins on the third business day after your first payment.
Coverage for natural death begins 180 calendar days after your first payment.

7. What pre-existing conditions are not accepted when purchasing a plan?

At the time of enrollment, the plan holder or any listed member cannot have:
– A terminal illness
– Cancer
– Kidney failure requiring dialysis
– A brain tumor

8. What are the age conditions to be a member of a Family Plan?

– Members aged 65 or younger can be included, regardless of their relationship to the plan holder.

9. Which states have special rates?

Special rates apply in the following locations:

10.What should I do when a plan member passes away?

If a plan member passes away, the plan holder or any other member should call our 24/7 Funeral Emergency Hotline at 1-888-815-5817. Our team will guide you through the next steps with care and compassion.

11. When can I make changes to my funeral assistance membership?

You can make changes to your funeral assistance membership:
– Within 3 days of submitting your application, or
– On your plan’s anniversary date each year.
If the membership holder passes away, they may be replaced immediately by any current member or by a new eligible member who meets the requirements.

How to request changes:
Send an email to contracts@assureforlife.com with the following details for each new member:
– Full name
– Date of birth
– Nationality
– Relationship to the plan holder
– City and state of residence

12. What plan can I offer to a 73-year-old person?

For someone who is 73 years old:
– If they do not have children, the Silver Plan (for ages 66 to 75) is available.
– If they have children, the Family Plan is the best option.

13. What plan can I offer to a 92-year-old person?

Assure For Life does not offer plans for individuals over the age of 80.

14. Is the renewal automatic?

Yes. Your membership is automatically renewed each year on its anniversary date, ensuring your coverage continues without interruption.

15. Can a person from Latin America or the Caribbean work as a consultant?

No. Only individuals living in the United States can work as consultants. A valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) or Social Security Number (SSN) is required.

16. Is a state license required to be a consultant?

No. Because Assure for Life is a membership program, a state license is not required. However, you must be certified with Assure for Life before working as a consultant.

17. How can I invite someone to join the business?

To invite someone to join the business, they should contact the agency leader directly. The leader will guide them through the process and send the activation link to get started.

18. When do commission payment periods begin and end?

Assure For Life has two commission payment periods each month:
– First Period: Begins on the 1st of the month and ends on the 15th at 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time).
– Second Period: Begins immediately after the first period closes and ends on the last calendar day of the month at 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time).

19. When are commissions paid?

Commission payments are sent to the corresponding financial institution within 3 to 5 business days after the end of each payment period.

20. When does residual income commission payment begin?

Residual income commission payments begin in month 13, provided the plans have been renewed and you remain active.
